Using soap.tcp between Microsoft WSE and Apache Axis
And thanks Simon for giving me a credit for this.

This experiment was for a demo app to show at TechEd 2004 Yokohama where I gave a talk for WSE2. Basically, WSE2's socap.tcp transportation was just a DIME/WS-Attachment with WS-Addressing, and it was pretty straight forward to implement compatible service in Axis 1.2.
